Repair

RBF repair centre provides product repair and parts management for mobile handsets, both for networks and manufacturers. We are pleased to specialise in the repair of Samsung handsets.

Located in a designated repair centre featuring ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) flooring and benches, our repair process only uses genuine parts to recovers handsets with: 

• Smashed/non working LCDs
• Handset not powering up 
• Camera fault 
• Damaged casing cosmetic damage 

Our repair capabilities and diagnostic processes effectively identify and rectify faults and minimises the likelihood of returns by the end user. We process handsets efficiently to minimise turn-around time and to maximise yield. 

Our bespoke service enables our Customers to extend the working life of handsets by restoring them to OEM functionality so they operate as when they were brand new.

For handsets that are deemed BER, they are transferred to our Recovery and Recycling Team so that any component parts can be recovered for re-use or  destroyed onsite at RBF. By undertaking the repair, recovery and destroyal process on one site we are able to protect data integrity and security.  

Repair Business IP Phones

We have long standing capabilities to recover both current and discontinued models including Nortel/Avaya test and repair of Meridian, Norstar telsets.  

RBF can also undertake general PCB repair, re-work modification and assembly processes on behalf of our Customers. The repair process complements the refurbishment process in that RBF is able to both repair and cosmetically refurbish your product under one roof.
